citizens who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during
September/ October 2014.

EMOLUMENTS:
Officer Senior Management Scale-III
--At present the total starting emoluments are approx
Rs 55589/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at
the current rate
Officer Middle Management Scale-II
--At present the total starting emoluments are approx
Rs 41962/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at
the current rate.
Officer Junior Management Scale-I:
--At present the total starting emoluments are approx
Rs 31363/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at
the current rate.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :
--At present the total starting emoluments are approx
Rs 15609/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at
the current rate
PROBATION PERIOD: Selected candidates in Officer Cadre will be on probation for the
period of Two years and selected candidates in Office Assistant cadre will be on probation for the
Period of One year
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
* Language Proficiency--
a. The candidate should have Hindi (Local language) at 10thStd level
OR
b. Hindi (Native language) at 10thStd level
OR
c. Hindi(Local language) at any level up to graduation level
